1. History Collection Session

In this foundational session, I delve into understanding your body and mind better. I take the time to explore your personal history, lifestyle habits, physical condition, and mental well-being. Through open dialogue and comprehensive assessment, I gain valuable insights to inform the development of your personalized practice plan.

2. Practice Session

Following the history collection, I meticulously craft a customized practice regime tailored specifically to address your individual needs and goals. In this second session, I walk you through your personalized plan, ensuring clarity and understanding every step of the way. Together, we engage in the practice, providing guidance and support as you familiarize yourself with the breath, sequence and techniques.

3. Review and Refinement Session

I am committed to your progress and growth. In this third session, I provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring that you are practicing your plan correctly and safely. Also I regularly monitor your progress, making necessary adjustments to your treatment plan as you advance on your wellness journey.
